Poem: Lamentations

I only know
you breathe my breath
that to be
I am not worthy
despite my unloveliness
torn shawl and drawers
the spite and adultery
the cheating and scandals
you have kept me with you

I do not know
why for
how far I have turned away from you
but admonishing
with all
I am
and where I want to be
